About This Role
Ewaa Hotels is looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing hotel sales, promoting rooms and event venues, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through professional sales and communication skills.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote hotel rooms to individual and corporate clients.
- Market and rent banquet halls, meeting rooms, conferences, and event venues.
- Prepare customized packages and special offers based on client needs.
- Follow up with clients until closing deals and confirming bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle booking details, contracts, and ensure accuracy of all information.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to suggest new sales opportunities and promotional ideas.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or event sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Good knowledge of the hospitality and hotel industry market.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Professional presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and hotel booking/sales systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotels or hospitality industry is an advantage.
