About the Role

  • Build Event Company is looking for a highly motivated and results driven Sales Specialist to drive business growth for our fit out division. This is a hunter role for a sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, approach prospective clients, build strong relation

Key Responsibilities Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, office, healthcare, and residential fit out projects.
  • Proactively hunt for new clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, project managers, procurement teams, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the estimation, design, and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of awarded projects to the project execution team.

Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence

  • Monitor upcoming fit out projects, tenders, and market trends.
  • Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and sales forecasts to management.

Key Responsibilities Reporting & Performance

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Submit weekly sales activity and performance reports.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in fit out, interior contracting, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close high value deals.
  • Existing network within the Saudi fit out, construction, real estate, or corporate sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
  • English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
