Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, office, healthcare, and residential fit out projects
- Proactively hunt for new clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, referrals, and market research
- Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, project managers, procurement teams, facility management companies, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and project opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals and quotations
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
- Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to the project execution team
- Monitor upcoming fit out projects, tenders, and market trends
- Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in fit out, interior contracting, construction, or related industries
- Proven ability to generate new business and close high value deals
- Existing network within the Saudi fit out, construction, real estate, or corporate sector is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business development and relationship management abilities
- English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
