Build Event is a Saudi Arabia–based interior fit-out and turnkey project execution company specializing in commercial spaces, offices, and retail environments.

We are committed to delivering high-quality projects with precision, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager

to help us secure new opportunities and grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior construction sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, project managers, and corporate clients
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective projects
  • Conduct client meetings and present company services and capabilities
  • Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for proposals and quotations
  • Participate in tendering processes, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Represent the company in networking events and client presentations

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development/sales in construction or fit-out industry
  • Strong network within consultants, developers, and corporate clients in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven track record of winning projects or generating leads
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand project requirements and technical drawings
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Transferable Iqama required
  • Open to all nationalities
