Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Specialist
with proven GCC market experience in the
Food & Beverage (F&B) and FMCG sector
.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, increasing revenue, and strengthening client relationships across retail, HORECA, B2B, and corporate channels.
The candidate must possess strong market knowledge of the GCC region, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B / FMCG market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, retail outlets, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand customer base.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
- Support the launch and promotion of new products and business initiatives.
