We are seeking a
Senior Sales Representative
to drive sales growth and build long-term customer relationships across
Jeddah and Riyadh
, supporting major public and private sector construction projects through innovative, high-performance AAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of AAC/precast building material products in
- Jeddah or Riyadh
- .
- Develop and maintain relationships with
- developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and building-material distributors
- .
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide weekly/monthly sales reporting.
- Ensure strong after-sales follow-up to support repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in
- construction materials
- ,
- precast concrete
- ,
- building materials
- , or
- industrial/engineering products
- .
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a sales pipeline.
Technical / Behavioral Competencies
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple accounts/projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze market and competitor data.
