- المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم ومساعدتهم في اختيار المنتجات المناسبة.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية وأهداف المعرض.
- الإلمام بمنتجات الشركة وتقديم المعلومات للعملاء.
- المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة المعرض.
- تنفيذ عمليات البيع والدفع بدقة.
- المساهمة في ترتيب المخزون وإعادة تعبئة المنتجات.
- تمثيل علامة Ariika بصورة احترافية.
- المتطلبات
- أن تكون المتقدمة سعودية الجنسية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- شغف بالمبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الشفتات وفي عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والإجازات الرسمية.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join the Ariika team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Represent the Ariika brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer experience.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
