The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities across Ariika's Riyadh stores and online channels.
The role ensures all campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with business priorities, and consistently support sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar for retail stores and the website, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Manage relationships with Agencies, influencers, content creators, and UGC creators, from briefing and execution to performance tracking.
- Manage marketing partnerships with banks, loyalty and brands based on promotional calendar
- Coordinate content production and ensure timely delivery of creative assets across all channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality execution within budget.
- Ensure brand consistency across retail stores, website, and digital marketing touchpoints.
- Track competitors' campaigns and market trends to identify opportunities.
Key Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating influencer and UGC campaigns.
- Understanding of retail and e-commerce marketing.
