المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية (Key Responsibilities) التوصيل الآمن: تحميل وتفريغ ونقل منتجات "أريكا" من المستودع إلى مواقع العملاء في الرياض وضواحيها وفقاً للمواعيد المحددة. الفحص والجودة: التأكد من سلامة المنتجات قبل تحميلها ومن عدم وجود أي عيوب أو أضرار قبل تسليمها للعميل.

Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to schedule and confirm deliveries before vehicles dispatch.
- Go on-site with orders to actively manage the delivery and installation process.
- Take photos/videos of delivered products at the customer’s site for quality control.
- Handle proof of delivery by ensuring the customer signs all required paperwork.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in delivery supervision/logistics, valid Saudi driving license, excellent knowledge of Riyadh routes, strong customer service skills.

- الاتصال بالعملاء لجدولة وتأكيد مواعيد التسليم قبل تحرك سيارات التوصيل.
- النزول ميدانياً مع الشحنات للإشراف المباشر على عملية التوصيل والتركيب.
- تصوير المنتجات (فيديو/صور) في موقع العميل لتوثيق جودة التسليم.
- أخذ توقيع العميل على مستندات الاستلام وإثبات التسليم.
- الشروط:
- خبرة 3-5 سنة في إشراف التسليمات/اللوجستيات، رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية، معرفة ممتازة بأحياء الرياض، ومهارات تواصل قوية.
