Sales Representative (Facilities Management Services)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop opportunities in facilities management and specialized cleaning services.
• Research markets and build a prospective-client database through research, cold calling, networking, and site visits.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work toward sales targets.
• Promote HVAC and air duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, pipeline disinfection, kitchen duct and grease trap cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, facade cleaning and repairs, drain line jetting, and related services.
• Engage decision-makers, facility managers, property managers, procurement teams, and business owners.
• Conduct client visits and site inspections, present services, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate, and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in engineering, management, business administration, or a related field is required.
• At least two years of sales or business development experience is required.
• Facilities management, cleaning services, technical services, or related industry experience is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of specialized cleaning services is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills are required.
• English communication is required; Hindi communication is preferred.
• UAE driving licence is not required.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.

• Work location is in person, with regular client visits and site inspections.
