Pest Control Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily pest control operations and field technicians.
- Conduct site inspections and identify pest-related issues and treatment requirements.
- Ensure treatments are performed safely and effectively according to company procedures.
- Monitor technician performance, attendance, and work quality.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and required documentation.
- Communicate with clients about service requirements, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Ensure pesticides, chemicals, and equipment are used, handled, and stored properly.
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety, municipality, and pest control regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to pest control technicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Biology, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in the same role.
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Valid UAE Municipality Pest Control Supervisor or Engineer License is mandatory.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Able to work independently; strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken English; Hindi is advantageous.

Pay
- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the role supervises field technicians and site inspections.
