About the Role
The Division Manager oversees operations, business development, team management, and profitability for the AC Duct Cleaning, Kitchen Exhaust Duct Cleaning, and Water Tank Cleaning Division.
The role requires hands-on management of technical operations, client relationships, business opportunities, quality, safety, and UAE regulatory compliance.
Operations Management
- Manage daily AC duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, and water tank cleaning operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule projects for timely and efficient completion.
- Monitor work activities for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, identify operational issues, and implement improvements.
Business Development and Sales
- Develop strategies to increase division revenue and profitability.
- Pursue opportunities across commercial buildings, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, residential communities, and other facilities.
- Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
- Maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, negotiate, and support contract conversion.
Team Leadership
- Supervise technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
- Allocate manpower and resources according to project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to improve competency and safety awareness.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching and corrective guidance, and promote teamwork and professionalism.
Compliance and Quality
- Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain service reports, inspection records, and operational documentation.
- Implement quality control procedures and audit completed works.
- Ensure work follows approved methods, company SOPs, and client requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant UAE experience in facility management, HVAC, duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, water tank cleaning, or related services.
- At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems, kitchen exhaust systems, and water tank cleaning practices.
- Strong understanding of UAE municipality requirements, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage technical teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces are required.
- Relevant technical or professional certifications and a valid UAE driving license are advantageous.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 13,000 per month.
