The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting services, and following up on leads generated through the platform and other channels.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site meetings and some work-from-home activities such as online outreach, calls, and virtual presentations.
Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals or service packages, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools.
The role also involves coordinating with internal team members to align on sales targets, monitoring market trends in the UAE, and contributing to promotional activities or campaigns that support client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles, preferably within the UAE market.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and online meeting applications.
- Organizational and time-management skills to balance on-site meetings in Dubai with remote work responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of local market dynamics, business practices, and cultural considerations in the UAE.
- Ability to work independently, meet part-time sales targets, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
