Role Description
The Marketing Executive is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
On a day-to-day basis, the Marketing Executive plans and executes marketing campaigns to promote the Jobs In UAE - Daily Fresh Jobs platform, focusing on increasing brand awareness and user engagement.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with market planning, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives.
The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, preparing basic marketing reports, and supporting sales-related communications to drive platform usage.
The Marketing Executive is expected to manage priorities independently, maintain consistent communication, and contribute creative ideas to improve marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and support effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage target audiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic marketing support skills to assist in lead generation and promotional efforts.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media promotion is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage part-time hours with clear prioritization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with common office and marketing tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
