Overview
**Job Title:** Sales Representative Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical Field
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Sales Representative** (preferably male) with experience in the **medical devices or pharmaceutical field**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling a range of medical or pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical or pharmaceutical products to existing and potential
- clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists,
- hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to
- healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned
- territories.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional activities as
- required.
Requirements
- Minimum **1-4 years of experience** in **medical devices, pharmaceutical, or**
- **healthcare product sales**.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE or GCC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of medical or pharmaceutical product knowledge.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- **Valid UAE Driving License** is mandatory.
- Fluency in **English** (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in **Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or Marketing**.
- Existing client network within hospitals, clinics, or distributors will be an added
- advantage.
Compensation
- **Candidates with 3-4 years of experience:** AED **12,000-15,000.**
- **Candidates with 1-2 years of experience:** AED **8,000-10,000.**
- **Salaries may vary depending on the profile and experience.**
