- Familiarity with photocopiers, printers, and spare parts; hands-on experience with principal companies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Ricoh products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential and existing customers through hot, warm, or cold calls to address their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and spare parts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and cross-selling to existing customers.
