Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new commercial and residential clients, including cold calling, visiting prospects, and responding to inbound inquiries.
Responsibilities
include presenting Everfresh Cleaning Service offerings, preparing quotations, and tailoring service packages to meet client needs.
The role involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team after closing deals.
The Sales Representative will also track sales activities, maintain an up-to-date CRM or sales pipeline, and collaborate with management to meet revenue targets and support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in speaking with both residential and commercial clients.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic understanding of service-based businesses; experience in cleaning, facilities management, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple leads and accounts.
- Comfort using email, phone, and basic digital tools or CRM systems to manage prospects and follow-ups.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are a plus.
- Previous experience in field sales or business development is preferred.
