Almousl for Domestic Workers Services is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused **Sales Representative** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our domestic worker recruitment and related services, generating sales, following up with clients, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Explain company services, packages, and pricing to potential clients.
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Accurately update customer information and sales records in the company system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Promote company services through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
- Stay informed about company services, industry developments, and market trends.
- Assist management in preparing sales reports and collecting customer feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
