Padra Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales representative** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions.
This role requires a combination of sales expertise and knowledge of the aesthetic/beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- **Promote and sell aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and packages**
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for treatment planning
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, treatments, and products
- Support clinic operations and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Minimum 6 month of experience in an aesthetic clinic in Dubai (MANDATORY)**
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Fluency in **Arabic and English (both required)**
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and beauty solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Diploma or Degree in **Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)**
