The employer seeks a motivated Sales Representative to grow the business through customer engagement and sales initiatives.
The role promotes and sells the company's food products in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and expand the existing customer base.
- Visit restaurants, hotels, cafés, supermarkets, and other commercial customers.
- Promote and sell food products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new opportunities.
- Submit reports on sales activities, customer visits, and market developments.
Requirements
- Previous food and beverage sales or food-distribution experience is required; Qatar-market experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, catering companies, and food retailers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills; ability to work independently, conduct field visits, and achieve sales targets.
- Valid Qatar driving license and fluent Arabic are required; good English is preferred.
- Must currently be based in Qatar.
Compensation
- Competitive salary plus sales commission and incentives; no salary amount or pay cadence is stated.
