Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise all branches and monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Manage and monitor branch employees, ensuring compliance with work schedules and monitoring discipline, productivity, and job performance.
- Train branch employees on operational procedures, customer service standards, sales methods, and product handling.
- Prepare new employees for work within branches and evaluate their performance during onboarding.
- Identify staffing requirements and coordinate with management and HR to meet staffing needs.
- Identify branch requirements for products, inventory, materials, and supplies and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Monitor daily sales across branches, track sales targets and KPIs, analyze results, and submit recommendations.
- Monitor branch performance against targets and develop corrective actions in coordination with management.
- Supervise transfer and distribution of products between warehouses, branches, and customers.
- Monitor customer complaints and feedback and follow up on corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure branches comply with customer service standards, product quality, cleanliness, display, pricing, and product validity.
- Conduct regular inspection visits to branches and ensure recorded observations are addressed.
Experience, Language, and License Requirements
- Branch or operations management: 1 year (Required).
- Managing and training staff: 1 year (Required).
- Tracking sales and achieving targets: 1 year (Required).
- Managing inventory and branch requirements: 1 year (Required).
- Handling customer complaints: 1 year (Required).
- Preparing operational reports: 1 year (Required).
- Arabic (Required).
- English (Required).
- A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation
- During the probationary period: 4,000 QAR per month, inclusive of all allowances.
- After successfully completing the probationary period: 4,000 to 5,000 QAR per month, inclusive of all allowances, depending on evaluation results and performance.
Additional Requirements
- It is a requirement to transfer your residency sponsorship to the company upon the successful completion of the probationary period.
