We are urgently hiring a **B2C Sales Promoter** for a leading telecom sales company.
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of the brand—engaging directly with customers, promoting telecom products and services, and driving sales through excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential customers
- Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries
- Share market feedback and insights with the management team
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals of the sales department
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in **retail, telecom, or customer-facing roles**
- Strong communication skills in **English** (Arabic is an advantage)
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and earning commissions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
- Flexible to work in retail locations, kiosks, and promotional events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
