We are urgently hiring a **Sales Promoter** for a leading telecom sales company in Abu Dhabi.
This is a customer-facing, target-driven role ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and earning high commissions.
As a Sales Promoter, you will represent our brand, interact with potential customers, and drive sales by promoting our telecom products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market telecom products and services to potential customers
- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to drive interest and conversions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management
- Support the sales team in achieving overall business goals
Requirements
- Must have **own valid UAE visa** (mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (telecom experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Energetic, positive, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexible to work in retail locations, kiosks, and event-based setups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
Experience
- UAE sales: 1 year (Preferred)
