About the role
Provide personalized customer service and suggest products that meet customer needs.
Inform customers about product details, including ingredients, olfactive pyramid, and prices.
Help achieve sales targets while promoting the brand's products.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Introduce and explain the brands, collections, and ranges, and distribute samples.
- Cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products based on preferences and tastes.
- Ensure proper product presentation and merchandising.
- Replenish products to maintain stock.
- Prepare sales reports.
Role-specific skills
- Extensive knowledge of fragrances.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Background and experience
- At least 3 years of prior sales experience; perfume and cosmetics experience is a plus.
- Customer service experience in retail stores.
- English and Arabic language skills are mandatory.
