The role supports apparel and fashion retail sales by assisting customers, recommending products, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the Store Manager or Retail Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build positive customer relationships and maintain excellent service.
- Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Organize products and support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and transfers.
- Process sales and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and store standards.
- Support opening and closing activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience is required.
- Apparel or fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Fluent Arabic is mandatory and good English communication skills are required.
- Previous UAE retail experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, sales, and target-achievement abilities are required.
- Candidates should be well-groomed, presentable, confident, positive, professional, and reliable.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office is required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and promotional periods is required.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
