Kitchen crew members support daily kitchen operations, food quality, and cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and food-preparation areas.
- Follow food-safety, storage, and handling procedures.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Assist chefs with daily kitchen operations and stock arrangements.
- Minimize food waste and follow portion-control standards.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Physically fit, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,700 per month, based on experience.
Schedule
- Full-time position requiring shift, weekend, and public-holiday availability.
Workplace
- In-person work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
