Brief Job Description
- The position requires you to support the sales activities and contribute to improve the sales process.
- The main responsibilities of this role are sales support, CRM (OSC) management and sales performance reporting.
- As an integral part of the Sales Organization, you will be required to engage with your sales colleagues, Application Engineers, Project managers, Legal and Finance department heads.
- Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:
- (This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role)
- Daily update on Oracle Sales Cloud (e.g. quotation vs. OSC registered details).
- Preparing of Weekly and Monthly Sales report extracted from Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Preparing of draft for PO acknowledgment (complete with Project name, PO ref. numbers, Project values, etc.)
- Assisting in arranging of Prequalification/ Technical Submittal (Test Cert., BOQ from Quotation, etc.)
- Assisting in filing job (quotations, test certificates- both soft and hard copies).
- Become fully conversant with products and the Vertiv sales process.
- Continue improvement initiatives on the process.
- Order processing
- Once customer PO is received, collect all information and relevant documentations for the customer's order and your associated quotation.
- Ensure each order is in line with the Vertiv sales order process.
Required/ Minimum Qualifications
- Personality oriented towards working in a team setting and supporting your colleagues.
- Previous experience within a client/team co-ordination role.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly skilled in using Configure One (C1) and Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Solid analytical skills and excel capabilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of operating with various departments and personnel.
- Flexible attitude to activities outside specific job function.
- Ability to operate autonomously or as a team member
- Customer orientated.
- Language Skills: English.
