Role Overview
We are undergoing a strategic restructuring and are seeking a high-energy, transformational
Sales & Operations Manager
to revitalize our retail footprint across KSA.
This is not a desk job for a traditional maintenance manager.
We need a proactive, turnaround leader who will challenge the status quo, rebuild a high-performance team culture, and drive aggressive, scalable revenue growth in the Kingdom's fast-evolving luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- **Drive Commercial Growth:**
- Develop and execute KSA-specific sales strategies across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce to consistently hit revenue and gross margin targets.
- **Optimize Store Operations:**
- Oversee daily retail operations across all Saudi branches, ensuring strict SOP compliance, luxury service excellence, and optimal store productivity.
- **Inventory & Cost Control:**
- Monitor demand forecasting, reduce stock aging, minimize shrinkage, and collaborate with finance to manage store OPEX and maximize profitability.
- **Rebuild Performance Culture:**
- Spend 60%+ of your time on the floor coaching, upskilling, and motivating Fragrance Advisors and Store Leads to hit daily KPIs (ATV, conversion rates).

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management (MBA preferred).
- **10+ years of retail experience**
- , with a minimum of
- 5 years in a senior leadership role
- within the KSA/GCC fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury sector.
- Deep understanding of the
- KSA retail landscape
- , consumer behavior, and local market dynamics.
- Proven track record of scaling multi-store operations and managing high-volume sales targets.
