Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from students, parents, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and learning solutions.
- Conduct course counselling and sales discussions to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and potential clients.
- Maintain lead, customer, and sales records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams for smooth enrolment and service delivery.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Actively use social media platforms for course promotion, lead generation, and sales activities.
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the assigned academic program and its related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably B.Com, BBA, or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills and good proficiency in Hindi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, counselling, and customer-handling skills.
- Good follow-up, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work in Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month.
Work Location and Commute
- Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
- Work Location: In person.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's (Required).
- Experience: Sales and Operations: 1 year (Preferred).
- Language: English (Required), Hindi (Required).
