Role Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
This role supports the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate customer and sales data in CRM and related systems, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact between the
- sales team, clients, and internal departments
- .
- Prepare and process quotations, LPOs, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients on
- order updates, delivery schedules, and post-sales support
- .
- Follow up on
- leads, quotations, and sales activities
- to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation using
- CRM tools
- .
- Manage product information, pricing, and inventory updates in coordination with relevant internal product teams.
- Provide prompt communication and support for
- customer inquiries and issues
- .
- Liaise with
- warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
- to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Perform
- day-to-day administrative tasks
- related to sales coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum
- 2 year of experience
- as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the
- IT industry
- .
- Strong understanding of sales coordination processes and documentation.
- Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- and
- CRM systems
- .
- Experience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools to maintain accurate sales data.
- Excellent
- communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- .
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within 15 days.
