Support the sales and trading team in petroleum products trading operations.
Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, suppliers, transporters, terminals, and documentation.
Trading and delivery coordination
- Coordinate customers, suppliers, transporters, terminals, Customs, Finance, and Accounts.
- Manage bookings, nominations, orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate stock allocation and lifting arrangements with suppliers and terminals.
- Monitor booked, lifted, and remaining quantities and ensure accurate LPO utilization.
Records, payments, and reporting
- Follow up on customer and supplier payments and invoices with Finance.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, delivery orders, and quality and quantity certificates.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, delivery, and inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records, file documents systematically, and support timely, accurate transaction execution.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in petroleum trading, fuel distribution, logistics, or trading support.
Required knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of Diesel 10 PPM trading operations.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced trading environment.
