Responsibilities
- Find opportunities for process optimization, redesign, or development in cross-functional work.
- Maintain standard sales reports to evaluate operational initiatives and drive efficiency.
- Participate in deal reviews with prospects, sales teams, and management.
- Collect information from multiple sources and manage several projects at once.
- Use quantitative analysis to recommend actions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Work with Sales, Operations, and other teams on technical and systematic process improvements.
- Provide business analytics and insights for business and market development initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to partner productivity and performance; review leading and lagging indicators.
- Design, build, and implement process automation solutions; work across multiple CRM systems.
- Follow data-maintenance and information-protection policies, and report suspected security or policy violations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of operations or similar analytical experience at a software or SaaS company; technology start-up experience preferred.
- Comfort using Salesforce and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and recognize patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in a competitive environment; ability to adapt to changing priorities and stay focused on targets.
- Able to contribute independently and as part of a team; eager to improve processes.
Compensation
- Expected base salary is $60,000–$85,000; actual compensation may vary.
