Responsibilities
- Assist with operational and strategic initiatives and help set short- and long-term company goals.
- Support project management and delivery and assist with business operations activities.
- Collect and organize data from teams; develop reporting and keep metrics useful, visible, and streamlined.
- Advise managers on findings and possible courses of action.
- Find ways to improve procedures, systems, and processes.
- Provide generalist support on projects as needed to help the company grow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- 0–2 years of work experience at a top consulting or banking organization.
- Take initiative, direct one’s work, identify projects, and take action to accomplish goals.
- Be energetic, resourceful, and driven, with ownership to thrive in an unstructured environment.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Be hungry to learn and actively seek opportunities to contribute.
- Have a passion for startups and AI.
Compensation
- Expected base salary ranges from $50,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
- Stock options may be offered in addition to base pay.
