Support transformation of sales into a future-ready digital B2B revenue engine.
The team assesses, designs, builds, implements, and runs best practices for sales and support processes, organization, and technology.
Order Management
- Manage order processes from order creation through order fulfillment and financial settlement.
- Support order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability, promise accuracy, service provisioning, and billing activation.
- Support distributed order management for online and physical network management.
- Execute end-to-end order processing including receipt, validation, booking, and confirmation.
- Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and pricing accuracy.
Work Scope
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems as an individual contributor within a focused scope of work.
- Work primarily with peers before updating supervisors and follow instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
Qualifications
- Any graduation qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Order Management expertise at P4 level.
Schedule
- The role may require rotational shifts.
