Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Sciences and Clinical Data Management to support clinical study systems and processes.
Role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams to manage requirements, change requests, and system enhancements across clinical trial platforms.
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with clinical studies, trial data, and clinical systems, with hands-on exposure to CTMS platforms—preferably Veeva Vault Clinical.
Role demands strong expertise in requirements management, change management, and delivery coordination, along with proficiency in tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
Must Have Skills
- Life Sciences BA Experience Minimum of 5 years
- Veeva Vault Clinical
- CTMS BA Experience with Stakeholder Management
- Requirement Analysis and Agile project delivery is Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end to end requirements management, including enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams
- Coordinate the development, testing, and delivery of features and system changes
- Support prioritization, impact assessment, and traceability of requirements across R&D systems
- Manage and track changes using Jira and ServiceNow
- Ensure solutions align with R&D processes, regulatory expectations, and validated system environments
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D, experience in Life Sciences with a focus on Clinical Data Management.
- Strong understanding of clinical trials, study operations, and clinical data flows
- Experience with CTMS systems Veeva Vault Clinical experience is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with change management and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences BA, Veeva Vault Clinical BA or CTMS BA Experience is Mandatory
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
