Experience and education
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) is specified.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
Required and professional skills
- Must-have skills include Anti-Money Laundering (AML), business requirements analysis, and AI/ML.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Research and synthesize information from diverse sources; map current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
- Familiarity with AML-related regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively between business units and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business structures, processes, systems, and how they align with technology.
- Gather and synthesize information; identify customer and stakeholder needs and define future solutions.
- Collaborate across teams and document and communicate business requirements.
- Contribute to team discussions and solutions, work independently, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Guide junior team members and monitor processes for improvement opportunities.
