Job Description
EZEE Workers Employment Services Center is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Tadbeer team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic worker services, handling client inquiries, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company services to potential clients
- Handle walk-in clients, calls, and online inquiries professionally
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable packages
- Coordinate interviews between clients and domestic workers
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- **Fluency in Arabic and English is a must**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
