Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven **Sales Officer** with **at least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The role requires strong communication skills and **fluency in both Arabic and English** to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum **3 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry**
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- **Fluent in Arabic and English** (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and logistics services
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements in line with company policies
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities
