Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Sandton.
The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities
include building a sales team, client relationship management, business development, market research, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize performance.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with company objectives are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Marketing, Market Research, and Campaign Strategy
- Proficiency in Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Performance Optimization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and marketing technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the security, luxury, or financial sectors is a plus
