Sales Marketing Executive

🚨 WE ARE HIRING – SALES ENGINEER / SALES EXECUTIVE 🚨

is expanding our sales team, and we are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented professionals to join our growing organization in the UAE construction industry.

🔹 Position:

(HVAC / MEP / Insulation & Building Materials)

🔹 About the Role:

The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, generating enquiries, meeting contractors/consultants, following up quotations, handling project sales, and achieving monthly sales targets across the UAE market.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys field work, and wants to grow together with a fast-developing company.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Generate new enquiries and develop customer relationships

✔ Visit contractors, consultants, and project sites regularly

✔ Follow up quotations, submittals, approvals, and LPOs

✔ Coordinate with procurement, operations, and accounts teams

✔ Monitor market trends and competitor activities

✔ Ensure timely payment follow-up and collections

✔ Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

✔ Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1–3 years UAE experience in HVAC / MEP / Building Materials sales

✅ Good knowledge of insulation materials, HVAC accessories, or MEP products preferred

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

✅ Ability to work independently and under pressure

✅ UAE driving license is an added advantage

✅ Good computer and email communication skills
