- Achieves sales goals by supervising sales staff.
- Implements strategies to improve market penetration.
- Maximizes sales productivity by ensuring that sales staff utilize “winning edge” sales techniques. Monitors call productivity and revenue goals for each salesperson by tracking results.
- Improves call productivity by counselling sales staff on appropriate selling techniques.
- Increases sales volume and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market areas
- Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
- Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables
- With a minimum experience of 5 years in Hotel/Hotel Apartments within the Dubai / UAE Market
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in marketing or related field
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
