Requirements

• Minimum three years of relevant UAE experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and target-oriented.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Oil and gas experience is preferred; defense, marine, or aerospace experience will also be considered.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Promote company products and services and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals, and business opportunities.
• Conduct client visits and understand customer requirements.
• Identify new market opportunities through research and networking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain customer records and provide regular activity reports.
