Helper role supporting manufacturing and coating operations.
The position requires reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious support for production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production and coating teams with daily operations and material preparation.
- Handle, load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain clean and organized production areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow HSE policies, use required PPE, and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
- Perform general manual tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work cooperatively with colleagues.
- Physical fitness for manual work, along with reliability, discipline, communication, and willingness to learn.
- Previous manufacturing, factory, industrial, or coating experience is preferred.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial, factory, coating, or general helper work.
- High school education is preferred.
- Relevant UAE industrial experience is an advantage.
- A valid Police Clearance Certificate is required for pre-employment background verification.
Schedule and Location
- Working schedule is six days per week with Sunday as the weekly off day.
- Work location is Dubai Investment Park, Dubai.
- The work location is in person.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is AED 1,200 per month.
- Accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance are provided by the company.
