Compensation Structure
This is a Fully commission based role capped at 25%
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales role based in the Riyadh Region.
The role involves driving media sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing sales.
The Media Sales professional will collaborate with internal teams and social media influencers, deliver solutions tailored to client needs, and stay updated on market trends and new media developments to ensure a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Media Sales and Sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with New Media and the ability to leverage emerging digital trends for business growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced industry
- Proficiency in negotiating and developing successful media partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales and media management is a plus
