Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a
Media Sales Professional
.
This role is directly with one of our client entities, rather than working internally for Trifid.
The Media Sales Specialist will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Daily tasks include networking with potential clients, presenting tailored media solutions, negotiating deals, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Compensation Structure
- **Structure:**
- 100% uncapped commission.
- **Rate:**
- 30% commission on closed revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Media Sales and Sales strategies to effectively close deals and drive revenue.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge and experience in New Media, including familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable and motivated by a fully commission-based compensation plan.
- Proven ability to work within an on-site team environment and thrive in high-paced scenarios.
- Previous experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
