About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for influencer and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
- Follow up on client satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the creative and community teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in marketing, media, or influencer industry).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly revenue achieved vs. target.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Client retention rate.
- Proposal-to-deal conversion ratio.
- Pay: From ﷼6,500.00 per month
