Role Description
The Director of Sales Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and improve market penetration.
Responsibilities
include managing sales operations, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales team, and aligning marketing campaigns with business objectives.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in Customer Service to enhance client satisfaction and manage long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated Team Management skills to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strategic thinking and proven success in Business Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven sales strategies
- Familiarity with the hospitality and engineering sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is highly desirable
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic preferred
- Availability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region
