Our client Ramco is looking for a Sales Manager - Team Leadership & Strategy Development in Jeddah
The Sales Manager at Ramco plays a critical role in driving the companys sales growth by analyzing market trends and tailoring strategies to capture new opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a sales team of five, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to maximize team effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create and execute negotiation strategies to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform management decisions.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the sales team and across other departments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent communication skills during all client interactions.
- Troubleshoot client concerns promptly and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets through goal setting and incentives.
