Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, grow the business, and maintain client relationships.
The role includes sales strategy, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and building a motivated, high-performing sales culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals and monitor KPIs, coaching the team and providing performance feedback.
- Approve pricing, incentives, and special terms under company policies; oversee lead follow-up and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, UAE labour law, and company standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy.
- Coordinate campaigns and promotions with marketing and operations; handle escalated client issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate, RERA regulations, and property sales processes.
- Proven sales-target achievement and team management; excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
