About This Role

Overview

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for
  • B2B and B2C markets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive growth of facilities management services, including
  • Cleaning, and Operational Services .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
  • Oversee pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery alignment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track sales performance through KPIs and CRM systems and report to senior management.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in Sales, preferably within Facilities Management or Service-based industries .
  • Proven experience in B2B & B2C sales .
  • Strong knowledge of facilities services such as:
  • Cleaning Services

• Integrated Facilities Services

  • Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
