๐Ÿšจ Job Opportunity \| Sales Manager๐Ÿ“ Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

๐Ÿ“‹ Key Responsibilities:

(1) Sales Leadership & Revenue Achievement

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop strategic sales plans aligned with the companyโ€™s commercial vision
  • Monitor individual KPIs and report performance to senior management
  • Manage and structure the sales pipeline to ensure steady deal progression

(2) Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers across government and private sectors
  • Represent the company in executive meetings and high-level presentations
  • Oversee the full client journey from initial engagement to project delivery
  • Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction levels

(3) Proposal & Commercial Management

  • Supervise the preparation of integrated proposals in coordination with design, manufacturing, and execution teams
  • Review and approve quotations within delegated authority limits
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and targeted profit margins
  • Manage change orders and evaluate cost and timeline impact

(4) Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new commercial opportunities within the Saudi market
  • Track and participate in public and private tenders
  • Analyze competitors and market trends, providing strategic insights to management
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events

โœ… Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (minimum requirement)
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of total sales experience
  • At least 5 years in a Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role
  • Strongly preferred experience in furniture, fit-out, or interior solutions sectors
  • Mandatory deep knowledge of the Saudi market with an established professional network
